and it is happy christmas eve! Actually I did this card last week... But since I knew that christmas was coming, I would not get to it, and I wanted to make sure I posted... I did the MMSC sketch challenge from here it was MMSC32. Might be a tough late, but I like the design. I used Sunshine's cocoa love stamp, which I love too!!! the paper I chose is Basic Grey's Figgy pudding. LOVE that line. thanks for looking and don't forget to check out the other fab design team member's cards!
thought I would share a little creativity with y'all. We are closing in on the holiday, and I have yet to get all my cards out (for this I apologize in advance...) Anyhow, I used another of the images from Sunshine. I like this image, and I am rather partial to snowmen. It is simple, but yet I am rally diggin the white on white.
For this card I used:
Sunshine's stamp image Nestabilities petite oval nestabilities regualr oval cuddle bug swiss dot folder Nestabilities label (although I forget which one) score pal ribbon i used gamsol and pencils to color I used the Kohinoor woodless pencils
time is closing in.... Tried doing a candle and tissue paper, for a hostess gift for a party tomorrow night. I think it turned out great! Christina told me about the idea, and since she's uber craftastic, I had to try. She was said it was "funner" than shrinky dinks. Lard have mercy was she right...you can find the instructions here I think they would make awesome teacher gifts....
Sunshine stamps is hosting day 17 of the 24 days of christmas!!! the challenge this week was to make a snow globe card. There is a great tutorial here. need ideas? You can get ideas here and don't froget to go here to get your images... Sunshine has been hard at work making more! This time, I cheated... I did not color the image. Sunshine was kind enough to send me a precolored image. (does she rock, or what???) Check out the rest of our talented design team, and see what they have been up to creativity wise... Have a snowy day!
on a Saturday.... So I created some. last Saturday, I created a TON! But then again, I played in the one challenge, so that helped to motivate me... This card is not my own design, I saw it in the gallery at Split coast stampers, and really liked it. So I modified it some because I didnt have all the right tools. Thanks for looking.
from Sunshine's stampers!!!! I LOVE it!!!! I think by far, this is one of my favorite images to date. I know Sunshine and Robbie have been busy creating all kinds of christmas images. I used the trifold shutter card, which is uber easy. Made several over the weekend. Head on over to Sunshine's and see what cool images she has for you to play with!
sentiments, shall we? I mean, I for one am not so good at using them, so when Sunshine said that this week, we need to showcase her sentiments I thought "super, I am sunk." well, I think I unsunk my ship and I came up with a pretty cool design. :) No coloring today, although I will say my fingers are FULL of ink. So, head over to Sunshines and check out the sentiments she has to offer!
although I am not participating int he hop, I still decided to make this cool project. I went here and got the idea. Sunshine sent me a FANTASTIC christmas image to play with... She has been a busy bee working on her latest release. Why don't you take a gander at what she is offering. Gauranteed you will not be disappointed. Don't forget to check out what the others have been working on!
little boy out there, who has terminal cancer. His wish, is to have cards from all over the world sent to him... please, if you have an extra card, (and most of you reading this do) could you send it to:
Colcoln Thurman 228 Lake view Dr. Candenton, Mo 65020
thanks in advance. This information came to me from a girl I went to HS with. :)
I am. Well ok, not really. I have chrsitmas on the brain. BUT, fall IS the time for planting all those purty flower bulbs for the spring time. The image I chose from Sunshine this time, was Gardner Bunny. LOVE this guy! Love to think about the spring time and what it will bring for us.... head on over to Sunshine's and get your bunny... You know, for all you gardener's out there... he would make the PERFECT image to put on a package of your own seeds that you might want to give as a gift. (I LOVE to do this) Jut a thought....
nice creations! I was able to do this card, using the image from Sunshine stamps. I like it b/c it is nice and fallish, and for those of you that participated in the blog hop, it was one of the free images she gave away with your order. didn't make the blog hop? Don't fret, I am sure there will be another, will most likely be another one!!! Stay tuned.
This is attempt 3 for my blog hop post! For what ever reason take I and II are sitting in cyber space somewhere and I am not entirely sure how to make them right. So, here is take III...

To create this card, I used the cuttle bug folders: Swiss dot, d'vine swirl and the halloween one (I have NO idea what it is called, sorry. I also used nestibilities oval and scallop oval Thanks for stopping by!
I just made card number 2 for the night. Truth be told, it is either make cards, or do the reaction paper that I have due for class tomorrow. Those of you who know me, will know what I have chosen.... (and those of you that DON'T know me, will get a good idea of where my priorities are. It is not that I don't like school, on the contrary, I DO, However, there are just somethings I would rather be doing than a paper. Spell check ofr instance. ok, don't let's be sill now, that's is why I keep Marlene around, she catches every little itty bitty harmless mistake. Yet I digress. Image #2 for this evening, comes from Ildi Co. For this card, I used the "halloweenies scarecrow" digi stamp from Ildi. I ised my Stadler pencils and gamsol to color this bad boy in. I layered lots of cardstock, added some pearls, a CB folder, and wa-la. I also tried my hand with the illusive Martha Stewart Loopy punch. Not sure I love it, but I used it. :)
he's Jack-o-bunny!!!! LOVE HIM!!!!! There is something to be said about anything clad in a pumpkin this time of year, and Sunny Bunny is no exception. I think he wears the pumpkin well, no? Some might even mistake him for the Great Pumpkin. Good thing he's not is a Charles Schultz film, huh??? lol I colored him using prisma pencils and gamsol. Well, ok, not my Prismas, but rather the Faber -Castell's.Head on over to Sunshine's and see what other adorable bunnies she has for your fright, I mean, enjoyment!
closed Robbie and sunshine have been hard at work! They have created a new line called "Sunny Bunny". She is a bunny designed for every occasion, every holiday. You can get your here. For this project, I chose Witchy Bunny, and used a coffin treat box template from Martha Stewart. You can get the template here. I colored Witchy using Faber-Casteel Pencils and gamsol. I used stickles for the wiskers, and the moon on her hat, and last I flocked her tail. I stamped a spider inside the treat box, and then tied it up with jute... so, start making your today, they are super easy, and super fun!
from Sunshine and Robbie!! He is Weeeeeewy scawy bunny! Isn't he cute? I put him on a note book, so my kids can write down their costumes and memories! And, who better to spearhead the book, than the bunny?? Head on over to Sunshine's store and check out the other ADORABLE bunnies they have!!! I cannot wait to play with them! here is the link for the store! Check it out! http://yourspecialdelivery.weebly.com/sunny-bunny.html

LOVE it. Head o over to Ildi's store and check out her halloween images, they are super cute!! I used Prisma colored pencils and gamsol as my technique, and I put on glittery brads as the accent.:) Thanks for looking and be sure to check back to see what I do with the newest images from Sunshine and Robbie!!

today is blog hop Saturday, for Ildi co!!! You know, she is the one who designs the cutest bears! For today however, she has given us some clowns. And, to start off the blog hop, you need to follow the blogs in order, and find the letters. The letters will spell out something fun, and it will be worth something off your order!!! Woohoo! While I am not the first blog in this series, My letter is "V". You need to go see my friend Mindy and see what letter she has... THEN, after you see her, and me, then go see ERIN. All these ladies have fantabulous cards for you to take a gander at, and oooh and ahhh over. I did two clowns. For my version of the MMSC challenge 15, I chose to do frosty Fred. For several reasons really. One, I have NEVER had a fridge image. EVER. Thanks to Rob and Sunshine I was able to play with him. Head over to Sunshine's site and check out the other FAB images she has to offer!!!!
